We monitor all flights live. If your flight is late, your driver automatically adjusts and waits — you are not charged for the delay. International arrivals get up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing; domestic flights get 45 minutes.

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. You don't need to navigate parking areas or call ahead — just walk out of customs and look for your board. We'll also send you the driver's contact details in advance.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your flight. Same-day bookings can often be accommodated — call or message us directly to check availability. The earlier you book, the more flexibility we have on vehicle choice.

Our primary hub is Tallinn Lennart Meri Airport (TLL). We also regularly serve Helsinki-Vantaa (HEL), Riga International (RIX) and other Baltic and Nordic airports on request. Just tell us your airport when booking.
