1. Our service
Transfero provides pre-booked private transfer services across Estonia, the Baltic states, and wider Europe. We operate a fleet of comfort and executive vehicles and offer airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, cross-Baltic routes, and corporate travel.
All bookings are handled directly by Travelbus24 OÜ. We do not operate as a ride-hailing or taxi dispatch platform — every booking is a direct agreement between you and us.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking request submitted through our website is not a confirmed booking until we contact you to confirm availability and agree on the final details. We will respond to every enquiry within 30 minutes during operating hours.
Confirmation is sent by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or the channel of your choice. Please ensure your contact details are accurate when submitting a request.
3. Pricing
All prices quoted by Transfero are fixed prices for the agreed route and vehicle. No surge pricing, no hidden fees. The quoted price covers the driver, fuel, and tolls for the agreed itinerary.
Waiting time beyond 15 minutes (30 minutes for airport pickups with flight monitoring) may be subject to an additional charge, which will be agreed before the journey begins.
Payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed at the time of confirmation. Payment details are provided upon booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure — free of charge.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure — up to 50% of the agreed fare may be charged to cover driver and vehicle costs already committed.
- No-show — the full fare applies.
To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone (+372 5162332) or via the messaging channel used for your confirmation.
If we need to cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, force majeure), you will receive a full refund or we will arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
5. Passenger obligations
Passengers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time. Please treat the vehicle and driver with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a journey and charge the full fare if a passenger behaves in a way that endangers safety or causes damage to the vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents for any cross-border journeys. Transfero accepts no liability for refused entry or border crossing delays due to documentation issues.
The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle (Sedan: 4, V-Class: 7, Sprinter: 16). Luggage should be declared at the time of booking if it is substantial.
6. Our liability
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your journey is completed safely and on time. However, Transfero is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other force majeure events.
Our liability for loss or damage to personal belongings is limited to cases of proven negligence on our part. We recommend that passengers carry appropriate travel insurance for valuable items.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Estonian law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
Consumers in Estonia also have the right to refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at transfero.ee/terms-of-use.html. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
